This photograph of the Czech Hedgehogs placed on the road leading to Belgorod in the outskirts of Kharkiv, was taken by the award-winning Ukrainian photographer Sasha Maslov in the Spring 2022. After Russia launched a full scale invasion on Feb 24th, Ukrainians used hedgehogs to build a defence line against the advancing army in armoured vehicles.
By purchasing this historic print, you automatically pre-order an exclusive signed copy of the SAINTS photobook that’s currently being developed by Saint Javelin in collaboration with Sasha Maslov and Kyiv-based publishing house Osnovy.
The shipping time of the print can range from 3 to 6 weeks. Will start fulfilling and shipping in January. The book will be delivered shortly once it’s published in Ukraine in the summer 2023. In case of any force majeure, the cost of the book will be refunded.
