Ukrainian Armed Forces today is a mixture of volunteers, conscripts, and the regular Army. It’s people from all walks of life and backgrounds, many came to fight to purchase their arms and ammo, clothing found by volunteer groups, body armor provided by one group, and a helmet by another.

This photo was taken by the award-winning Ukrainian photographer Sasha Maslov in the summer of 2022, before the liberation of Kherson.

We are regularly shipping the prints out as the orders arrive. The book will be delivered shortly once it’s published in Ukraine in the summer. In case of any force majeure, the cost of the book will be refunded.
