Poor quality control, additional customs costs, and non-existent customer support.

I ordered a t-shirt from Saint Javelin as a birthday gift for my friend, and the experience was terrible from start to finish.

When the shirt arrived, it already had holes in it. That was especially frustrating because I had also paid an extra $50 in customs fees to get it into Canada. After spending that much, I expected a quality product, not a defective one.

I contacted customer support, but no one responded. More than a month went by without any meaningful reply or assistance. Being ignored after receiving a damaged product is completely unacceptable.

Overall, this was an awful customer experience. Poor quality control, additional customs costs, and non-existent customer support. I would not recommend ordering from Saint Javelin and will not be purchasing from them again.

This is a quality product

I wanted to share my support for Ukraine. I have a flag displayed on my house, I have shirts with the Ukrainian colors: blue and yellow, but I wanted something really unique, St. Javelin's shirt in the form of an icon, caught my eye and I couldn't resist. The quality of the fabric is great, the fit is wonderful (XL) and the graphic is eye catching. My suggestion is show your support for Ukraine and buy this shirt.
