I had the opportunity to try and adopt an Arakawa Mini X Saint Javelin and I can only say it is excellent.
The materials are sturdy, the inner organization is well thought, you can wear it as a messenger bag on your back and use the underarm strap to lock it in place. Weatherproof ? Absolutely, I ran under a thunderstorm in Paris and it kept my stuff dry. I have another Arakawa for my outdoors activities but this one went several times into the woods with me and it didn't disappoint me. I just love it.
Also, it looks just awesome : not just your usual sling bag with the Saint Javelin logo on the front.

My primary modes of transportation are e-bike and motorcycle. I use vehicle specific bags for errands and other day specific cargo and I wear a different kit depending on the bike and day. Its hard to keep track of the things I need everyday, as well as have a consistent place to store them.
This bag solves that problem. Rugged and spacious, yet compact enough to be more of an accessory than a full-on piece of luggage. Everything about this bag feels functional and holistically considered. I purchased it because I want to support Ukraine. However, just like setting an example of how to fight and persevere against fascism and authoritarianism, Ukrainians have also set an example of how to seamlessly move about my day without trying to remember which pocket I put my keys in.
