Holubtsi, aka the Ukrainian cabbage roll, is like a veggie-based burrito, but with an Eastern European twist! These little green packages of joy are made by taking cabbage leaves, stuffing them with a mix of ground meat, rice, and a pinch of magic, then baking them in a tomato sauce blanket. What's not to love about holubtsi? They're the original Ukrainian comfort food, like a cozy food hug from your grandma (even if you're not Ukrainian).
