CUSTOMER FAQs 

If you have a question about your order please email us info.saintjavelin@gmail.com and please include your order number and a photo if necessary. We will try to return your email within 3-5 business days. 


Are We Real? 

Yes. We are a team of volunteers and fundraisers working together to fundraise for Help us Help to support their work in accessing humanitarian, first responder and medical aid for Ukraine. You can read more here. 

As of April 2022 we’ve donated $500,000 to Help us Help. 


How Does This Work?

Saint Javelin works with fulfillment manufacturers and partners around the world to create custom real time merchandise made for you. The items are made based on your specifications. 


Can I Make Changes To My Order?

We can’t add or remove products but at times we can try to update your order if a mistake has been made. 

Once our fulfillment partners begin creating your item we can not make any changes or alternations. If emailing please use subject line “ORDER UPDATE PROSHU.”

We are trying to ship out your order quickly so we can’t guarantee that we can make changes to your order once it’s begun fulfillment. 

If concerned - we suggest you cancel your order and place a new one with the correct size, colour, product you’d like.

I Screwed Up My Address!

Please contact us ASAP to minimize delivery and shipping issues. Even better please use this subject line “CHANGE ADDRESS PRONTO”


Exchanges, Returns + Refunds

Because your order is made custom for you, we can not exchange your order unless it is damaged or the wrong item was sent to you. 


There Was An Issue With My Order - Damaged / Wrong Items

Product Sizing

Please expect up to 2 inches variability in actual product sizing. 

Due to the nature of some of our unique designs, when printed as a sticker the design might be variable in size.

Sticker Sizes:

  • 3"
  • 4"
  • 5.5"

Why Did I Get A Customs Bill?

Some of our items are fulfilled in your local region (USA, Canada, Latvia, UK, Australia, Spain etc) but at times our products are fulfilled outside of your region. As a result on larger orders you might be expected to pay for customs duties charged by your federal government. 

Some sizes or colours might not be available to be fulfilled locally. More details located on the product pages.  


For Canada Customers: on items fulfilled in the USA (youth, flags, ¾ shirts, tote bags, other accessories) and orders typically above $150 you might receive a customs duties tax collected by the Federal Government (this is above and beyond the standard HST). If you do not pay this your item will be returned to sender and a separate shipping fee will apply. 


We are a not for profit and customers are responsible to pay for their customs duty taxes. 


Got a Delivery Notification but No Order

At times the delivery systems get excited and notify you before the delivery occurs. If you received a notice ahead of your delivery please wait 24-48 hrs before
