Great hat and coin ruined by choice of shipping media.

Great cap and coin. A $200 order and the cap is sent in a soft bag and crushed! Other companies send their caps in a box which insures the cap arrives intact. If I had known how the cap was to be shipped I wouldn't have ordered one. I would like a replacement sent in a box or a refund.

I’m a big fan of ball caps but this one is more just a cloth cap with a brim. The quality is good but it isn’t really my thing.
