Excellent product - quality, functionality, design. Truly professional grade. To make experience even better: some vendors outside EU are handling customs process on behalf of the customer, as well are including total price, including customs, into checkout price. I got a bit of surprise - my bad, was not reading carefully enough - and then had to clear through customs on my own - this is a bit mental barrier for the next purchase, which I would most probably do - again - amazing products.

Great cap and coin. A $200 order and the cap is sent in a soft bag and crushed! Other companies send their caps in a box which insures the cap arrives intact. If I had known how the cap was to be shipped I wouldn't have ordered one. I would like a replacement sent in a box or a refund.

Durable, well laid out. Is a perfect set up for EDC, although it is on the small side compared to the EDC market. That I can adjust to, the biggest hurdle I ran into is that the shoulder straps are a couple inches too short and I had a lot of trouble getting it on, to the point where I took it out of my EDC rotation. Once it is on it is extremely comfortable. Is it possible to come up with an extension option for the shoulder straps after market? It is an expensive pack, and you absolutely get what you pay for minus that issue.
