Return Policy

Saint Javelin was started to help during a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. We are a team of fundraisers, volunteers, friends and family who have become family to fundraise to support Ukraine with medical and humanitarian aid.

Our merchandise is custom made on demand and we are fundraising to send money as quickly as possible. As a result we can not offer returns unless damaged or misprinted. 

If your item arrives misprinted/damaged/defective please submit a claim within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Please contact us with relevant photos for proof of error. We reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
